What payment methods are accepted for bookings? We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, name must match the person booking. Can I book a hotel and flight together as a package? Yes! We are currently moving towards handling hotel only bookings, but at an extra cost we can arrange flight accommodations as well. How can I cancel or modify my booking? All bookings are non-refundable, unless you purchase Travel Insurance 1 moth ahead of departure date Is Travel Insurance offered with the bookings? Yes! We offer Travel insurance on all getaways. You have until 1 month before departure to purchase. How can I contact customer support in case of issues? Passport for all Caribbean destinations Passport or Drivers License/ Birth Certificate for Cruises Is it possible to pay for my trip in installments? Yes! We offer payment arrangements for all getaways! Deposits starting at $150PP depending on the trip. How far in advance should I book my next trip? We recommend booking at least 4-6 months ahead of time in order to have enough time to pay getaway off. Can I book activities or tours along with my travel arrangements? Yes! Just let us know which activities or Tours you are interested in booking. What does All-Inclusive include? It includes the Room/Stay, All meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), Alcoholic Beverages, Resort activities, taxes, and fees. I filled out a client inquiry form, what's the turn around time to receive my quotes? You will receive your quotes within 3 to 4 business days from submitting form. You will receive a confirmation email right after research fee is submitted. I'm interested in starting my own travel business, do you all assist with that? Yes!
