Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Cancellation Terms:

A. All reservations made with Traveluv Travel Agency are subject to the following cancellation policy.

B. Customers have the option to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Failure to purchase travel insurance will be considered a decline of coverage.

Cancellation Period and Charges:

A. Cancellations are non-refundable, if travel insurance is not purchased.

B. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to Traveluv Travel Agency at [Traveluvllc@gmail.com].

C. Traveluv Travel Agency reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of [50%] of the total trip cost for any cancellations, if travel insurance is not added.

Travel Insurance:

A. Customers who have purchased travel insurance through Traveluv Travel Agency will be subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

B. Travel insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, or other unforeseen events. Customers are encouraged to review the insurance policy for details.

Changes to Itinerary:

A. Traveluv Travel Agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or trip details, including but not limited to, changes in departure dates, accommodations, or activities. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.

B. Customers are not allowed to make changes to their itinerary after trip has been booked.

Force Majeure:

A. Traveluv Travel Agency shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes to the trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, acts of nature, terrorism, civil unrest, or government regulations.

Refunds:

A. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [14 business days] of the cancellation request and will be subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Client Responsibility:

A. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding this cancellation policy before booking any trip with Traveluv Travel Agency.

B. Customers are encouraged to inquire about additional cancellation protection or options available through third-party travel insurance providers.
